As we had planned, many of the main elements of the original layout are still intact, eg., the mountain, the tunnel, the logging operation and the town itself. But, the inner loop route required a complete modification of the former reservoir area. It is now a lake over which the two bridges pass. Note the placement of a new hill. Also, some elevation posts were needed to bring the train down to level grade before it crosses over the removable insert onto the "island." As the saying goes, "Don't try this at home," (unless you are retired).
