from Lori B. Hello, just happened on to your web-site when I was looking for the lyrics to "Poor Little Robin" and I also noticed that in the "W" someone was looking for the words to "Walking to Missouri". As walking to Missiouri are words from "Poor Little Robin" I wondered if this was the song they were looking for.
From Phyl: You're right about Poor Little Robin and Walkin' to Missouri--- it's the same song and we list it in "P" and in "W" pages.
From Lori: I also had a couple of songs I was looking for the lyrics on.
One was - I believe the title may have been "The Leaves Mustn't Fall", it goes on about the leaves mustn't fall, oh no they mustn't fall, I'll tie them to the branches so they will stay, I lost my mom and dad and now sister's all I have, don't let those autumn leaves take her away.
Phyl: I poked around a bit and found these lyrics, complete with chords [-]:
The Leaves Mustn't Fall by Moon Mulligan
[A] The autumn leaves were falling
And the [D] snow was soon to come
As [E] I was walking down a lonely [A] road
I saw a little fellow who was [D] sitting all alone
[E] Catching leaves as they began to [A] fall.
Chorus: [A] The leaves mustn't fall, oh [D] no they mustn't fall
I'm [E] tying the leaves so they will [A] stay
I've lost my mom and dad
Now [D] sister's all I have
Don't [E] let the falling leaves take her a -[A] way
[A] My sister's only seven, and she's [D] sure a pretty thing
As [E] pretty as a picture on the [A] wall
The doctor came this summer and he [D] said that she would die
When the [E] autumn leaves had turned and start to [A] fall Chorus:
[A] So won 't you help me mister
Won 't you [D] help me tie the leaves
We 'll [E] tie them to the branches good and [A] strong
So come now we must hurry
So we can [D] keep my sister here
And [E] show the doctor man that he was [A] wrong Chorus:
Don't [E] let the falling leaves take her a -[A] way
[A] The leaves mustn't fall, oh [D] no they mustn't fall
I'm [E] tying the leaves so they will [A] stay
I've lost my mom and dad
Now [D] sister's all I have
Don't [E] let the falling leaves take her a -[A] way Chorus:
(Repeat) Don't [E] let the falling leaves take her a -[A] way
Lori:The other one went something like - Into a Tent Where a Gypsy Boy Lay, lying alone at the close of the day, news of salvation he carried said he, nobody ever had told it to me.
Phyl: This is an old hymn with the same title. For lyrics and midi melody, try

Would really like to find the lyrics for both.
Thanks. Lori B.
